How to design multi-channel campaigns with unified messaging

Campaign Builder is your command center for designing multi-channel marketing campaigns with unified messaging. Plan strategy, coordinate assets across email, social, ads, and web β€” all from a single interface that keeps your brand voice consistent everywhere your audience encounters you.

πŸ“ How to Access

Navigate to Halo Studio β†’ Campaign Builder, or go directly to /halo-studio/campaign-builder.

How It Works

1
Brief

Define your campaign goal, primary audience, key offer, selected channels, and timeline. After generating your brief, click Save Brief to Library to keep a reusable strategy baseline you can reopen later.

2
Messaging

Generate campaign taglines, key messages, and CTAs. Select your strongest options so every channel stays aligned to one campaign narrative.

3
Content

Generate channel-specific execution inputs. Each output panel shows a simple instruction (for example, β€œcopy and paste into [tool]”) before the generated lines. Outputs are delivered as plain Field Label β†’ Value lines in destination tool order, ready to paste directly.

4
Visuals

Generate per-channel visual execution inputs with the same plain paste-ready format. Each panel includes a clear paste destination note before the generated lines. Use Open Tool under each output to continue execution in the mapped Halo Studio tool.

5
Review

Save campaign assets, verify consistency across channels, and export a ZIP package that includes brief, messaging, content, visuals, and campaign data.

Key Features

πŸ“’ Multi-Channel Orchestration

Plan email, social, paid ads, and web content in one unified workflow β€” no more siloed channel strategies.

πŸ’Ύ Brief Baselines in Asset Library

Save only your brief form + generated brief as a restart point. Reopen it from Asset Library to repopulate Step 1 instantly.

🎯 Funnel-Stage Mapping

Assign each channel a clear role (awareness, consideration, conversion) so your campaign has strategic structure.

πŸ”„ Unified Core Message

One campaign promise adapts to every channel format while staying consistent β€” your audience hears the same story everywhere.

πŸ“… Timeline Management

Set campaign start/end dates and channel-specific launch windows to keep execution on schedule.

Best Practices

Start with One Core Promise

If you can't summarize the campaign in a single sentence, it's too complicated. Simplify until you have one clear, compelling promise that works across every channel.

Give Each Channel a Job

Don't duplicate the same message everywhere. Social builds awareness, email nurtures interest, landing pages drive conversion. Assign roles first, then generate content.

Measure by Channel, Optimize the Weakest

After launch, identify which channel underperforms relative to its funnel role. Regenerate that channel's assets with a different angle rather than scrapping the whole campaign.

Use Open Tool to Execute Without Losing Your Plan

After generating content or visuals, click Open Tool below the output. It opens in a new tab so your Campaign Builder session stays intact while you execute.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip

Use Campaign Builder alongside the Brand Calendar to schedule your campaign phases. This ensures your campaign doesn't overlap with other brand initiatives and gets the runway it needs.
