It is an application-gated evaluation, not a free plan. You run one real client engagement. The 30-day clock and 100,000 credit grant start when that client is activated, not when you sign up. No credit card. One pilot per professional account.
Paid plans are month-to-month. During this beta, plan changes are handled by support. You can update your payment method, view invoices, and cancel in the billing portal. Annual billing is not offered.
Paid plans accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. The Professional Pilot does not require a card.

Active client brands are the allowance on a paid plan. An active client brand is a client workspace you are working in now. Archived client brands do not count toward that allowance. A Professional Pilot is bound to one qualifying client for the life of that pilot, including if that client is archived. Client guests are handled separately and do not use a staff seat.
