Who is Eklipsa for?

Eklipsa is for independent brand strategists, consultants, and boutique brand agencies. You lead the client strategy; Eklipsa keeps approved decisions useful after the workshop.

Is Eklipsa for founders?

Founders are not the beta audience we are recruiting. A founder can be your client. The person who applies is the strategist or boutique agency running the engagement. Eklipsa is not a founder-first brand kit or a general marketing-team signup.

Do I need a client ready today?

Accepted Answer

No. Fit and readiness are separate. A later client start date does not make your practice a poorer fit. We review your strategy experience first, then schedule activation around a qualifying client.

What counts as a qualifying client?

One real client engagement you would actually run. A sample brand, a personal demo, or a second free project does not qualify. The pilot covers that one client only.

When do the 30 days start?

The 30 active days start when the qualifying client workspace is activated. The clock does not start when you apply, when you are accepted, or when you create an account.

Is the pilot actually free?

The One-Client Professional Pilot does not require a credit card and is not a Stripe subscription. If you are accepted and you activate the qualifying client, you receive a one-time 100,000-credit grant. It is not a permanent free plan, and applying does not mean you are accepted.

Is there a permanent free plan?

No. There is no permanent commercial free tier. The pilot is one qualifying client, once. Paid continuation is a separate choice after the pilot.

Can I run another client for free?

No. The pilot binds to one qualifying client. A second client workspace is not included, including after you archive the first. There is no repeat free commercial engagement.

What happens if my client start date moves?

Tell us in the application. If you are accepted and the start moves before you activate the client workspace, the 30-day clock has not started. A later start does not change whether the practice is a fit.

What happens after the pilot?

At the end of 30 active days, we review your options with you. Continue month-to-month at a founding rate or stop. Pilot acceptance does not enroll you in a paid plan.

If you continue, Strategist Pro is $149/month and Studio / Agency is $349/month. Founding rates are protected for 12 months. Plans are month-to-month during beta; annual billing is not available.

Can I cancel the paid plan?

Yes. A paid plan is month-to-month. You can cancel from billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. The pilot itself is not a subscription, so there is no card to cancel during the pilot.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

A general chat starts from a prompt and does not hold the engagement. Eklipsa keeps the decisions you approve as Brand DNA, then uses that context for later messaging, review, and creation. AI sits inside your strategy. It does not replace the judgment you are hired for.

Do I need to stop using Miro?

No. Keep Miro or FigJam for live workshops. Eklipsa is where the approved decisions live afterward, so the board is not the only copy of the strategy.

Do I need to stop using Figma?

No. Keep Figma for design. Eklipsa does not replace your design files. It holds the strategic decisions those files should follow.

Is Eklipsa another PM, CRM, or client portal?

Eklipsa is the brand-specific decision and intelligence layer above those operational tools. Keep the project manager for timelines, the CRM for the commercial relationship, and a portal for files and comments. Eklipsa holds the approved brand decisions for each client.

Do I need to stop using Notion?

No. Keep Notion, Docs, or slides for notes and delivery formats you already use. Eklipsa is the living record of the strategy, not a demand that you abandon the rest of the stack.

No. AI can help synthesize research, find context, and draft work. You approve the strategy and make the final calls.

Can I use my own methodology?

Yes. You keep your process. Eklipsa stores the decisions you approve so they stay usable after the workshop. Guided workshops are available. They do not require you to throw out your framework.

Can my client participate?

Yes. You can invite the client as a reviewer in the client portal. They see what you publish, and they can leave feedback on that shared work. They do not see the rest of your account.

Does my client need a paid seat?

No. Client reviewers are guests. They do not consume a paid team seat. Strategist Pro includes client guests. Studio / Agency includes client guests plus team seats for your practice.

Does Eklipsa contact or upsell my client?

No. Acceptance does not mean we contact your client. Eklipsa does not sell the product to your client or pressure you to upsell them. You choose what they can see.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. Eklipsa is the system you use to run the engagement. We do not take over the client.

Is client data used to train models?

The security page states that brand data is used to power your Brand Intelligence inside Eklipsa and is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve third-party foundation models. We do not sell personal information. If you start the optional visual-style training step, the assets you select are sent to fal.ai to train a style model for that brand. That step runs only when you start it.

What data is sent to AI providers?

When you use an AI feature, the privacy policy says the prompts, messages, and brand or project content you submit are disclosed to the provider for that feature. Text features use OpenAI or Anthropic. In production those requests go through Vercel AI Gateway. Economy text models may be hosted by Groq through that gateway. Image and visual generation uses fal.ai. If you start optional visual-style training, the assets you select are sent to fal.ai. Deck generation, when you use it, uses Gamma. Client files are not sent to a provider unless you submit that content to an AI feature or start visual-style training. Google Gemini is not a current model in the product. Can I export client work?

Yes for the deliverables the product already exports, including a Brand Book as DOCX and other documents you generate. The privacy policy also lets you request a portable copy of personal information by emailing legal@eklipsa.ai. There is not one button that dumps every database table for a client workspace.

Can I delete client data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can delete a brand from brand settings, and you can delete your account from profile settings. The privacy policy also gives you a right to request deletion of personal information at legal@eklipsa.ai. We respond to those requests within 30 days. Deletion follows the retention policy. It is not an instant wipe of every backup.
